The APL58 series features tool-free interchangeable optics, including prismatic, opal, louver, and asymmetric options [citation:1]. To purchase a 

replacement optic,please contact our team with your fixture's model number (e.g., APL58-xxx) to ensure you receive the correct compatible component.


What if my fixture arrives damaged or is missing parts?

If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing components, please contact us immediately. Our quality assurance and logistics teams will work with you 

to resolve the issue quickly, arranging for replacements or credits as needed, and ensuring your project timelines are protected .


Can I order extra connecting cables or mounting brackets?

Yes, additional accessories such as connecting cables and mounting hardware are available. The APL58 system uses linkable cables (H05VVF+20AWG) for
